Software Engineer, Unity (Mobile)

We are seeking a motivated engineer to join the team responsible for AppLovin's core mobile engineering team which reaches 410+ million users daily. The team is highly technical and unbureaucratic. We are looking for a Unity Engineer to join us and collaborate on our Unity plugin. Our plugin provides an easy way for Game Developers to integrate the AppLovin SDKs. The plugin also consists of an Integration Manager that helps publishers with any additional integration steps they need.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our Unity plugin for AppLovin SDKs
• Demonstrate sound technical judgment by defining your own product requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders and some of the largest app publishers in the world
• Evaluate, implement, and A/B test ideas of your own
• Participate in code reviews to continuously improve engineering skills
• Continually research new mobile trends and apply relevant technologies and tools

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience with Unity game engine and Unity programming (C#)
• In-depth knowledge of Unity for mobile game development (Android and iOS modules)
• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Understanding of asynchronous programming, data structures, and design patterns

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience or interest in AdTech is a plus
• Familiarity with Unity build process for Android and iOS
• Familiarity with CI and unit testing is a plus
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML and JavaScript is a plus
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Experience or interest in other cross-platform mobile development frameworks is a plus
