- Excellent communications skills
- Proficient in C / C++
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Prior development work with client/server architectures or distributed systems
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and grow
Please note: If you feel you don’t meet all requirements but are equipped with most, we still encourage you to apply. We welcome the opportunity to open a dialog to be considered.
PLUSES
- Shipped at least one AAA title as a server engineer
- Proven understanding of statistical mathematics
- Previous experience working on matchmaking systems or ranked modes
- Experience with data science and/or machine learning
