Software Engineer, Quality

Our QA Engineering team in Vilnius is searching for a Software Engineer in Quality to work with our Mobile Technologies team. You will be joining a highly motivated and hardworking team that collaborate with internal Unity teams and our customers around the world. You will help Unity Mobile and other team programmers to ensure the functionality, stability, and usability of Unity as a primary tool and help with the production of (new and groundbreaking) features in the core engine.

You are either a technical engineer with Unity experience; who has a keen eye for details and willing to learn the craft of test engineering, or you are an experienced test engineer working on mobile related software.

In this position, you will report to our QA Manager in Vilnius.

What you'll be doing

• Provide feedback about the state of The Product in order to support the development of features and advise future development decisions
• Provide feedback on the usability of the platform pipeline of new features by working closely with developers to provide early feedback to new features and functionality
• Develop and maintain the test approach for your designated areas
• Work on automation and test infrastructure
• Connect with users on our community forum, providing assistance and advice

What we're looking for

• Experience working with, or extensive knowledge about mobile (android, ios, other) and C#
• Work experience as a QA Engineer or Software Developer in Test
• Experience with Automation
• You are proactive with a positive attitude to tackle problems backed up with a high level of personal motivation.
• Phenomenal problem-solving skills, a detail-oriented approach and excellent written and verbal communication skills

You might also have

• Prior experience in Game Development and mobile or console platforms
• Experience with graphics or Modeling software
