Software Engineer, Graphics Unity 3D, Health Applications

Job Description
As a Graphics Software Engineer Health Applications, you will work in a team that designs and develops healthcare apps, demos, prototypes, and tools. You will work on the integration of 3d models, animations and shaders in early prototypes, examples and demo applications in medical technology and digital health.
Responsibilities
- Brainstorm ideas and create rapid animation prototypes.
- Optimize assets - topology reduction, draw call reduction, texture baking, etc.
- Organize and implement assets in Unity 3D.
- Work closely with engineers to implement interactive objects and systems
- Demonstrate expertise to assist in technical and artistic tasks in all the tools mentioned below
Qualifications
- Strong experience in shader graph programming.
- Strong skills animating humans and/or objects.
- 2+ years of industry experience implementing applications or games in Unity 3D either on mobile platforms or AR/VR.
- 2+ years coding & debugging in C#.
- Experience working in healthcare applications is a strong plus.
- Experience in character rigging, skinning, and weighting
- Extensive knowledge of Modo 3D or Autodesk Maya/3ds Max
- 1-3 Years of experience animating characters (a shipped title is preferred)
- Motion Capture Animation Experience a plus
- 3D modeling and texturing skills a plus
Education
BS in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar required. MS in Computer Science or related preferred
