About the Role

The Creator team is looking for a full-stack engineer to build features that empower our creators on Twitch.

The Creator organization is focused on inspiring creators by empowering them to grow their business on Twitch. Are you passionate about building features and products that improve the lives and streams of our creators? If so, you'd be a great fit for the Creator team and report to the Engineering Manager of Creator. If you are passionate about helping creators on Twitch grow and succeed, this is the place for you!

You Will:

• Develop and deliver new product services and features on native AWS infrastructure
• Be able to define and build APIs to support a wide variety of use case which benefits creators
• Use cutting-edge web technologies to create rich user interfaces and experiences
• Contribute to overall team and organization technical strategy and architecture design
• Work across teams and organizations to bring value to our creators

You Have:

• 1+ years of professional or intern experience building consumer-facing web applications at scale
• Experience building systems using Amazon Web Services
• Experience writing Go in production ready systems
• Experience working in a service-oriented or microservice architecture
• Experience with large data stores (DynamoDB, Cassandra)
• Experience with JavaScript (or TypeScript)/HTML/CSS
