Data Team Lead

We are looking for a leader who will manage end-to-end delivery of data management services across the company. From engineering data solutions, managing data service requirements from stakeholders across the company, to providing data reports to the relevant parties, the Data Team Lead will be responsible for all aspects of the data pipeline at Osmo.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide leadership for the Data Team
• Develop and maintain the Osmo data analytics system
• Promote best practices for data management
• Develop and grow members of the Data Team

Requirements:

• Strong experience in engineering data solutions.
• 4+ years of general experience in software programming in any of Go, Java, and C++.
• Good understanding of software engineering practices, particularly related to data management.
• Experience with data dashboard solutions such as Tableau, Looker, Periscope, or other BI software.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Spark, Dataflow or other stream processing/ETL frameworks.
