Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Software Development Engineer in Test in San Francisco, CA to work with QA teams to create, maintain, and improve automated test suites for applications on the PlayStation console. Requires a Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and two (2) years of experience developing test frameworks and setting up automation infrastructures using Python programming language. Prior experience must include two (2) years of experience authoring common APIs and libraries for test automation using software tools, including Jira, Confluence, and Git; designing and documenting test plans, test designs and test executions using test management tools; drafting and implementing program test cases, test plans, and test scripts, and performing GAP and Impact analysis; designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Continuous Integration and Continuous deployment tools, including Docker and GitHub, and Atlassian tools, including Jira with Jenkins; designing isolated and controlled development environments to test products prior to release; and utilizing streaming video services, including promotional and user generated content, and machine learning-based recommendations and advertisements during integration testing.
