As a Partnership Manager, you will be able to take part in key projects which will make a real impact on Miniclip’s performance as well as supporting the team to build and drive new business opportunities. As part of the role, regular travel will be required, for both domestic and international.

Duties

As Partnership Manager, you will be supporting our Director of Strategic Partnerships in managing the relationship with Miniclip Group’s acquired studios and investee companies, helping them to unlock synergies that can boost their growth and the overall success of Miniclip Group.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to help execute elements of strategic partnerships including deal sourcing and post-deal management.
  • Oversee the creation of internal documentation to present and review new strategic opportunities to a wide range of internal stakeholders.
  • Assist our partners with regards to any support they may require from our central services.
  • Work cross-functionally with all Miniclip departments leads to ensure that our partners and their products are front of mind.
  • Support the Director of Strategic Partnerships in delivering on the goals of each strategic partner.
  • Assist with the creation and delivery of go-to-market plans for new game launches with input from key stakeholders on both sides.
  • Track and analyse partner performance and continuously look for trends and areas where KPIs could be improved.
  • Prepare monthly reports covering the state of play to be shared with all stakeholders.
  • Assist in the execution of quarterly business reviews with each partner highlighting key topics to be discussed and areas to focus on that will effectively improve performance.
  • Promote and represent Miniclip with professionalism at key industry events.
  • Assist the Commercial team on any ad-hoc responsibilities that require support.

Skills & Experience

We are looking for a social, hard-working professional who enjoys working in a team, and is passionate about games, and mobile free-to-play. The ideal candidate will be articulate, proactive, and energetic, with the following attributes:

At least 2 years of games industry related experience in the games industry, developer relations, business development, or another comparable field.

Experience in reviewing, negotiating, and completing commercial contracts.

A network of contacts within the games industry ready to leverage for business opportunities.

Proficient knowledge of F2P game studios.

Strong presentation skills with the ability to create presentation slides independently and present them to audiences with varying degrees of technical knowledge.

Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management software.

A relevant degree qualification in a legal, business or finance related subject

Critical thinking, data analysis and research skills

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English
