We are looking for a seasoned Architect who can work in collaboration with Global Systems Studio Directors, Delivery Managers, Team Leads, and Product Owners/Market teams in the execution of Business plans/strategy; embed change into day-to-day working practice and organization culture to build a performance-oriented organization.

You will be working as part of the team responsible for building and maintaining systems focusing on the Oasis Loyalty product suite and closely integrated with Oasis which enables the core Systems business.

Job Requirements
- Analyzing the existing systems and proposing solutions for the Business/Technical Requirements
- Participate in defining technical product requirements and high-level architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms.
- Communicates the architecture to the stakeholders and collaborates and coordinates with existing domain architects in the formalization and adoption of Software standards and procedures.
- Champions a structured approach to business application solutions.
- Supports the development of strategy, frameworks, and best practices for the development organization.
- Assures solutions not only are a fit for the specific purpose but also closely align with the standards guidelines of technology solutions.
- Participate in the implementation of solutions that will improve the current product performance, quality, processes, and standards.
- Discover or develop innovative solutions with the use of the latest technologies
- Influences changes to standards when necessary.
- Mentors and guides team members with technical skills.
- Recommends design solutions and hardware requirements that align with product business value.
- Regular collaboration with key IT stakeholders/counterparts in the US office.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Technical
- Requires significant experience acting as an architect for large enterprise-level software projects with Microsoft Technologies (.Net, ASP.Net, .Net Core, WPF, SQL Server), JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
- Requires having knowledge of Microservices and Cloud Base Application Architecture
- Requires having knowledge of the Latest Queuing and Caching Technologies
- Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Angular JS(or NodeJS).
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline
- Excellent knowledge of Object-Oriented Design Principles, SOA, Restful services, API design & development, and Design Patterns.
- Must have strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Must have strong communication skills, able to work independently, and be team-oriented.
- Good development & debugging experience.
- Experience with the design and development of highly available and scalable multi-tiered distributed applications.
- Hands-on experience in TFS, JIRA, and GIT, aware of branching, merging, etc.
- Good interpersonal skills. Should be able to mentor others technically.
- Ability to work closely with US counterparts and drive discussions towards conclusions.
- Articulate and should be able to express ideas and issues without inhibitions.
- Able to grasp functional aspects well (quickly and with minimal guidance).
What we're looking for
- B. Tech. / B.E. / MCA /M. Tech. in Computer Science with 12 to 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with an Agile development methodology, preferably Scrum.
