Social media & content specialist

Job Description

Your day to day duties include:

Employer Branding:

• Actively using digital platforms and social media to raise awareness about what’s happening at Gameloft Budapest including updates on our current career opportunities
• Research and implement branding initiatives and communication strategies by actively monitoring our competitors to grow Gameloft Budapest’s awareness within the gaming industry both locally and globally
• Carry out communication campaigns

Internal Communication:

• Create inspiring and engaging experience for a passionate, multi-cultural group of employees
• Assist with the planning, organization and communication of internal and gaming industry events in collaboration with the HR team
• Develop an inclusive and positive culture in the company together with the HR team
• Be part of Gameloft global communications initiatives
• Conduct various surveys such as employee engagement

Public Relations:

• Establish and maintain lasting press relationships with the media
• Draft press documents and newsletters

Qualifications

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in communications/public relations/marketing or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English and Hungarian
• Good understanding of integrated communications
• Excellent knowledge of international media
• Experience in using different social media channels for external communication
• Ability to work independently as this is an individual contributor role
• Enthusiastic, with a passion for excellence, innovation, creativity and problem-solving

Advantages:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or any related
• Passion for the gaming industry
• Previous experience at a communication/EB agency

Company Description

We are currently looking for a Communication Specialist whose responsibility will be to actively take part in the studio's internal and external communications. This position is mainly related to Employer Branding, studio wide and HR communications separately from our games’ product marketing team.

Working hours are flexible, we are even open for candidates who are looking for part time (32 hours/week) opportunities.

About Gameloft Hungary:

Our studio has been operating in Budapest for 10 years, and our goal is to develop casual and mid-core games that bring relaxation and fun to millions of users on a daily basis. Until now we worked on games like Iron Man 3, City Mania and Dragon Mania Legends. The latter is one of Gameloft's most successful projects, with well over 50 million downloads!
