What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, user engagement and game installs across multiple platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit etc
- Collaborate with the marketing, creative, VIP and development teams to create and publish high-quality, engaging, and shareable content tailored for each social media platform.
- Analyze and report on social media performance using key metrics and analytics tools, identifying trends and making data-driven recommendations to optimize social media campaigns and drive growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies, as well as emerging platforms and tools, to ensure that Ten Square Games stays ahead of the curve in the mobile gaming industry.
- Identify and engage with key influencers, celebrities, and industry professionals to create strategic partnerships and leverage their reach to promote our games and brand.
- Monitor and analyze competitors' social media activities, providing insights and recommendations to keep our strategy fresh and effective.
- Organize and participate in social media events, such as live streams, Q&A sessions, and game launch campaigns, to generate buzz and excitement around our games.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy, participating in brainstorming sessions and providing creative ideas to achieve business objectives.
What are we looking for?
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
- Affinity with our company portfolio genre
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics tools.
- Large focus on TikTok, preferably have a strong social media presence yourself
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of visual storytelling, particularly as it relates to mobile gaming.
- A genuine passion for gaming and familiarity with current gaming trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
