Social Media Specialist

Job Description

What you will do:

• Communicate internally across departments to collect request, with a good sense of planning of content push across 3 major platforms, WeChat, Weibo&bilibili to fulfill requests while maintaining brand tonality& continuously optimizing content structure.

• Communicate with agency on daily basis regarding content push based on internal requests, debriefing and quality control over all deliverables based on global alignment and social media guidelines.

• Engage and support various promotional campaigns regarding social push schedule, hands on from collecting and summarizing relevant assets, platform operations and daily sentiment monitoring.

• Manage social media performance tracking, data collecting, analyzing and internal tool setting according to cross department request.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in social media operation or relevant role in the field of marketing. Having deep understanding of the ecosystem of 3 platforms WeChat, Weibo, bilibili, familiar with all platform features and on-going trends.

• Keen in creative content creation and executions, familiar with internet language, heavy user of WeChat, Weibo &bilibili is preferred.

• Have natural passion and sense in games (all types welcomed, especially Video Games, Ubisoft games), points added for gaming industry experience, familiarity with game-relevant memes and gags is a must.

• Self-motivated, have a strong ownership of on hand scope of work. Detail oriented, having strong sense in cross checking and quality control. A people person who is comfortable with reaching out for information.

• Comfortable working with data, have basic sense and knowledge of how to track and evaluate social media performance.

• Good with PPT, having a presenter’s logic. Sufficient in reading& writing English, good with oral, good level of business email writing.

• Knowledge& experience in social CRM and social digital projects(such as H5s, mini programs)
