About the Role:

As the Senior Account Manager, reporting to the Director of Content for Brazil, you will onboard and develop regional content creators and work on strategic programs tied to content growth. You will be the contact for essential broadcasting partners across the region. As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with the creator market in these countries, have client management experience, a customer service mentality and perform under evolving timelines. You also have a passion for live content / gaming and the desire to turn that passion into a career.

You Will:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partnered content creators
• Assist individual creators with maximizing their use of the platform
• Identify and recruit content creators to use the platform
• Business development, from outreach to contract negotiation and execution
• Create local strategic projects which provide value to broadcasters
• Manage essential performance metrics and goals
• Collaborate with Marketing, BD, PR, Sales, and Content teams
• Gather feedback on Twitch products and present to company partners
• Bridge the language barrier between Twitch and the local community

You Have:

• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Customer service experience
• 3+ years of account management experience
• Understand common online video and online advertising metrics
• Developed an understanding of the traditional and digital media sector
• Ability to travel to gaming conventions, industry events and to meet clients - more than 30 days of traveling a year
