We are seeking a Social Media Marketing Manager to join our ranks and help build the future of the realm! This role will be responsible for the social media marketing strategy and execution across our portfolio of franchises and products.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of enabling paid and owned social media within the digital media ecosystem, paired with a passion of activating strong content with the right social platforms, serving the right audiences.
What You'll Do
- Have a deep operational understanding of top social platforms such as, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Twitch and YouTube.
- Lead the development of social media marketing across all channels to drive awareness, acquisition, retention and advocacy.
- Analyze social media metrics, develop ongoing reports and turn those insights into action.
- Support your party by collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and drive social media projects.
- Lead efforts to promote outstanding content by partnering with internal and external creative teams.
- Follow industry trends to activate on cutting edge ideas that will deliver measurable results.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in social media marketing.
- Experience with global brands, gaming a plus.
- Experience collaborating with multiple cross-discipline subject areas across an organization.
- Comprehensive understanding of social marketing standards across top social platforms.
- High attention to detail and experience with keeping multiple moving pieces of a project on schedule.
- Appetite for knowledge and market research.
- Empathy with players and the global gaming community.
