職務内容

新規プロジェクトのソーシャルメディアマネージャー（スペシャリスト）として、ソーシャルメディア戦略、ファンとのコミュニケーション業務をご担当いただきます。ソーシャルメディアチャンネルとウェブサイトコンテンツの管理、ソーシャルメディアキャンペーンを企画し、ファンの関心とトレンドの分析に取り組むポジションです。キプロスの本社、日本のマーケティング・パブリッシングチーム、また外部パートナーとの連携を密に業務を行っていただきます。

東京オフィスでの勤務となります。

具体的な業務

• コミュニケーション戦略に従い、ファンの認知度を高めるための企画、またコンテンツ作成
• Twitter、Facebook、YouTube、LINEなどのソーシャルメディアコミュニケーション管理
• CMSツールを使用。ウェブサイト管理や、注目を集める事のできるコンテンツと記事の作成
• ビデオなど話題性をもつマルチメディアコンテンツの作成、プラットフォームによっては外部パートナーとのお仕事発生
• ソーシャルメディア上で影響力のあるメディアやインフルエンサーの獲得や関係構築
• 無料もしくは有料の分析ツールを使用し、ソーシャルメディア上のパフォーマンス管理、報告
• 必要に応じて代理店、エージェンシーとのやり取り発生

応募条件

• 大学・専門学校などで、マーケティング・エンジニアリング・データサイエンスなどを学んだ方
• 3年以上のソーシャルメディア・マーケティングに関する実務経験
• アニメ、ゲーム、またはエンターティメント業界での実務経験
• ソーシャルメディアに精通し、ソーシャルメディアのトレンドに関する知識が豊富な方
• ソーシャルメディアやその他のウェブプラットフォームでのコンテンツ作成経験
• 急速に変化する環境において、自主的または協力し合って臨機応変に業務を遂行できる方
• 日本語・英語が流暢な方（読み・書き・会話）英語ネイティブである必要はありません
• 長期的・短期的な問題解決能力が高い方
• 強いオーナーシップ、自主性、影響力のあるスキルをお持ちの方
• MS Office、Windowsを問題なく使える方

Job Overview

The Social Media Manager (Specialist) will be responsible for social media strategy and communication to fans for an exciting new media product. This role will be involved in managing social media channels and website content, producing social media campaigns, and analyzing viewer trends to generate interest and hype. The role will be heavily involved with the Marketing and Publishing teams in Japan and the Head office in Cyprus, as well as external partners in Japan.

This role is based in our Tokyo office.

Reports To

Marketing and Publishing Manager in the Tokyo office.

What will you do?

As a Social Media Manager, you'll need to:

• Develop and content plans according to communication strategy to increase fan awareness and engagement.
• Manage communications on all social media channels (such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, LINE).
• Manage a product website and produce engaging content and articles using CMS tools.
• Produce content with engaging multimedia contents such as videos, and/or outsource this effectively based on executional platforms.
• Explore and manage relationships with key influencers and media across social media platforms.
• Monitor and report performance on social media platforms both non-paid and paid using appropriate analytical tools.
• Explore and manage external agencies when necessary.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, engineering, data science or relevant disciplines.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing or similar field.
• Experience working in relevant anime, gaming, or entertainment industries in various roles.
• Social media savvy, whether as a work experience or personal hobby. Knowledge of local social media trends.
• Experience in content creation in social media or other web platforms.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced changing environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, in English and native Japanese (native English is not mandatory).
• Strong long-term/short-term problem-solving skills.
• Strong ownership, self-initiative mind, and influential skills.
• Excellent skills in MS Office, Windows.

• Passion for sub-culture including anime, games, and movies.
• Expert in various social media channels (Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, LINE etc.) and consumer trends per user segment on engagement.
• Ability to analyze and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Understanding the connection between KPIs and marketing targets.
