Job Title: Social Media & Marketing Manager
**Note**: Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings
Job Description:
Working in Pune Studio, and in coordination with game designers, you will participate in Driving and Executing the Marketing & Business objectives for our games. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Work with Key stakeholders including HQ and External Licensing Partners.
- Participate and work with HQ Marketing in defining the Product’s Branding objectives, guidelines for Communication, AppStore Optimisation (Keyword Research, Recommendations and Tuning).
- Guaranteeing the timely production and quality of all marketing assets and communications tools (screenshot, demos, artwork, and trailers); setting production deadlines and ensuring the respect of those deadlines.
- Community Management – observe and report Community issues and feedback with stakeholders regularly.
- Plan and Execute strategic Content Marketing goals with social media focus, additionally recommend and drive new frontiers in Social Media focused communications.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor the retention and engagement KPIs on a real time basis to determine user trends and behaviour.
- Coordinate and set up the various in-game communication tools (assets creation, push notifications, ...) working with the Marketing & Community Management teams
- Work hand in hand with QA to triage game issues to deliver a flawless game to the end-user.
- Proactively communicate content performance to the whole team.
- Analyze competitors and perform benchmarking to suggest relevant events and new features.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge in business and communication
- Strong interest for the marketing field in the videogame or entertainment sectors
- Good knowledge and experience of online media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.)
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to enable you to process and summarize large amounts of information quickly, along with clear visual Data interpretation and presentation
- Must possess good communication and engagement skills to maintain and grow a digital community.
- Passionate about videogames, gamer yourself and attuned to different game development issues.

- Pro-Active & Analytical approach to Problem Solving
- High persuasion skills, diplomatic and flexible.
- Fluent in English
