The Role

As a Social Media Manager, you will be joining a small but ambitious Player Experience team at Trailmix to help create world class Player Experience for all of our players. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media engagement for Love & Pies. Working closely with the marketing team, you will help create content supporting wider marketing campaigns, connect with our players, constantly boosting their engagement by inspiring and empowering them.

You will be the essential link between Love & Pies and its community, creating exciting content and engaging with the player base. This opportunity is fantastic for someone very ambitious and passionate about provoking positive emotions for a beautiful, diverse, nourishing and long-lasting game that can be played by everyone.

What you will do

• Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Tumblr and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
• Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms. Photoshop and Premiere Pro skills desirable.
• Reply and engage with community online on various social media platforms
• Extend the world of Love & Pies to our social media platforms and identify opportunities for innovation and virality
• Deliver inspiring and relevant content that is channel-centric, utilising our current marketing campaigns and in-game live-ops events
• Act as a data-driven campaign expert and monitor, and analyse on content engagement rates

What you will need

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and out of the box thinking
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Premiere Pro or other multimedia editing tools
• A good understanding of the power of storytelling as a marketing tool and the importance of brand consistency
• Understand the social media strategy and relevant tools
• An early adopter of marketing trends and always looking to stay ahead of an ever-changing social media landscape
• Outstanding English writing skills and an excellent understanding of the North American market and culture
• Comfortable being in front of a camera
