As part of our fast-growing pace, we are looking for an amazing Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team. A person that will own the communication with the players across all our Social Media channels. Someone who can whip up funny, direct, engaging texts in no time. A Native English Speaker is a MUST! This includes idea generation, proposal preparation, and execution. Ideas with a focus on activities that build loyal users. The position manages the function and process, but not people.

Key Responsibilities
- Refine our brand voice through creative content creation across all organic social channels.
- Create unique copy for social media posts
- Post and manage all social media channels
- Create relevant content with the purpose of generating player engagement with our games and maintaining the brand
- Keep a close eye on the live-ops calendar
- Use research and creativity to find market trends and ideas for content
- Establish a data-driven approach to inform and build an overall social strategy to increase awareness and engagement and gain traffic from social media to the game
- Develop automated and personalized messages
- Develop KPIs and analyze our impact across social media
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing/analysis in social community management. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus
- Passion for content writing, creative mindset, out of the box thinking
- Self-motivated go-getter who is driven to achieve results creatively
- Analytics skills and experience working in a metrics driven environment
- Genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics, and advertising is a must
- Passion for problem solving
- Managing multiple channels of different games
- Experience working and instructing graphic designers
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently or within a team environment
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Information Systems
- Experience with Email marketing – advantage
