What we do

Unreal Engine is a high-performance software development suite, created by Epic Games, that empowers today’s digital creators to craft real-time, high-fidelity interactive experiences for games, film, TV, VR, architectural visualization, product design, and manufacturing. As part of the Unreal Engine Marketing team, you will help develop, manage, measure, and enhance Epic campaigns across multiple verticals and channels.

What you’ll do

Epic is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Social Media Manager to cultivate online communities with information and resources that will increase the awareness and adoption of Unreal Engine across games, architecture, automotive, media and entertainment, and education. The ideal candidate will have experience creating engaging content for social platforms including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, as well as other emerging platforms.

In this role, you will

• Plan and execute social campaign strategy to support marketing objectives
• Develop social strategies for increasing awareness and adoption of Unreal Engine that integrate with overall brand, advertising, and marketing campaigns
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and agency to support product features, releases, technical demonstrations, and events
• Guide the messaging, tone, and brand voice for social channels
• Craft and deploy social posts across all UE social channels on a daily basis
• Craft and deploy social media processes and guidelines
• Report on key metrics and actionable insights for campaigns
• Collaborate with global teams to ensure a worldwide approach for communications and social strategy

What we’re looking for

• 5-7 years managing social media, campaigns, and reporting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A passion for social media trends
• Ability to prioritize a large number of daily, weekly and monthly tasks
• A background in games and/or the 3D market is highly desirable
