Social Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among players.
• Create and publish compelling content across social media platforms, including text, image, and video.
• Engage with players on social media and monitor feedback, comments, and reviews.
• Analyze social media data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices and incorporate them into the company's social media strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer support, to align social media efforts with overall company goals.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to promote the company's products and services.
• Create briefs, proposals, and storyboards for social media campaigns and content.
• Work closely with the creative team to ensure that content is visually compelling and aligned with the company's brand identity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in social media management in the gaming industry.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to analyze social media data to measure campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Professional fluency in English language on both a written and spoken level.
