Social Media Manager

10 Chambers is a fully-funded scale-up game studio backed by Tencent and based in the beautiful city of Stockholm, Sweden. We are an ambitious, creative and collaborative team with a lifelong love for games. We have just recently released GTFO, a co-op FPS game and are about to start working on our next legendary AAA co-op gaming experience.

We are looking for a driven Social Media Manager who is up for a big challenge and wants to take the next step in their accomplished career in social. You breathe social media and you are an expert in various SoMe channels, and have the mindset to learn about those you don’t. You get inspired by combining creative ideas/concepts with the latest tech possibilities in SoMe. Being independent in your daily work comes naturally to you, always looking for the next creative post, topic or ad to post. As a team player you coordinate your projects and include stakeholders when needed, while sharing your voice within your expertise based off insights.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all our social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube

• Own our content calendar, deliver creative content ideas, and coordinate our posting strategy together with Reporting Manager & Communication Designer

• Coordinate content production, following brand guidelines and manage deadlines

• Keep up with the latest commercial trends and technology within social media

• Report on paid/organic post to deliver insight-based decisions for upcoming content

• Listening and understanding the community and audience to build up your ideas

• Supporting our Community Manager

We’re a new marketing team looking for a team player who proactively and collaboratively applies their existing expertise and passion for social media networks.

Requirements:

• 2-3+ years’ hands on professional experience with social media channels

• Track record of managing and driving engagement in social media channels

• Understanding of both operational and strategic social media marketing

• Excellent communication skills in both copy and content

• Characteristics: Driven, Adaptable, Curious, Precise, Creative and Analytical

• English speaking (Swedish is not a requirement)

• Gaming background is not a prerequisite, an interest is beneficial

• Capability with various SoMe-analytical tools and ad managers, Microsoft 365

Good to have:

• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere video editing tools
• Experience managing agencies
