About the Role
You will be part of the APAC marketing based in Singapore and will work closely with local teams across APAC, and collaborate with teams in EMEA and North America. The scope of the role is predominantly focused on Social Media in APAC, but you will also help bring campaigns to market that delight millions of viewers and creators on Twitch across APAC.
Twitch’s social channels are a reflection of our brand, colourful creators and communities, and unique sense of humour. A key channel for us to keep our communities informed on what’s brewing at Twitch. They’re also essential for us to understand what our community is talking about and what matters to them the most.

You Will:
- Collaborate with local teams across APAC to support all Social Media activity and oversee the content calendar across Twitch’s social media channels
- Champion social media best practices across APAC and collaborate with the local teams to continually improve our social media creative
- Establish a reporting framework, set benchmarks for APAC and help raise the bar on social media performance across the countries
- Manage Twitch’s social media in South East Asia and be responsible for onboarding the new social media agency in Singapore
- Work with teams in North America and EMEA to share knowledge, ideas and assets
- Monitor competitor and industry activity ensuring Twitch is leading the way and always top of mind
- Oversee the APAC marketing campaign calendar and working closely with the Content team to understand the upcoming programming and creator community opportunities
- Working closely with the campaign managers in the US to implement global campaigns in APAC, as well as coordinating regional and local campaigns
You Have:
- Experience working in gaming, esports, mobile games or in a related field, with knowledge of gaming trends and engaging with online communities
- 4+ years experience working in social media, digital and/or online communities either at an agency or in house
- Worked on social media in APAC and familiar with all things social - including how the platforms are different, optimised posts, great creative & sponsored posts etc.
- Super organised, keen planner, good at managing projects, attention to detail and able to keep on top of a busy content calendar
- Self starter with a proactive working style, we are a small team so you’ll need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in
- Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit, because you love teamwork and appreciate its importance
- Experience reviewing and writing copy, as well as an eye for spotting good creative ideas
Bonus:

- Understanding of marketing in general and experience working on other paid and owned communication channels
- Experience working on campaigns for Thailand, Philippines and Singapore
