Social Media & Influencer Manager

Job Description

• Social Media Managing: Manage all local social media channels through internal tools. Work with internal teams and external agencies to maintain entertaining and informative engagement touch point with fans. Social media contents validation
• Influencer/CC Managing: Identify and manage portfolio of local influencers/CC to leverage for product releases and other pulse points. Execute influencer/CC strategies set forth by the central team while catering to the local market landscape
• Asset Management: Ensure optimal delivery of localized content and other digital assets
• Community management: Be responsible for monitoring community channels to communicate with players. Find ways to drive traffic, engagement, brand loyalty and influence our players to become active UBISOFT ambassadors. Stay in touch with our users daily on social media channels to help players for a soft landing on our games

Qualifications

• + 5 years marketing experience in a social media & community management position
• Working knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices
• Able to interface effectively with a variety of people, including casual gamers, professional gamers, spectators, and business professionals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to establish good working relationships with colleagues locally and globally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English speaker. Fluent in Korean
• Ability to travel, including international travel

Additional Information

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic technical skills, such as HTML, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, knowledge of back-office tools for Web and/or Social Media such as Sprinklr and LevelUp
• Consumer acquisition & retention marketing experience
• Community & owned-media management experience
• Korean localization experience for global contents
• Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders at the same time, is a plus.
• Event, and/or tournament planning, management, and budget experience
