As Social Media Coordinator here at Gram, you will be responsible for the ongoing operational management and development of social and community for our merge games.
You understand the dynamic landscape of social media channels, strategies, emerging platforms, and audiences within those channels and their connection to business and growth objectives.
Requirements
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute Social Media Marketing & Community management for Merge Dragons & other titles
- Build, execute and maintain player messaging and engagement on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
- Work on campaigns and initiatives with internal teams and external partners
- Regular reporting to a wider organization on current community trends and sentiment
- Monitor social trends and incorporate findings into planned campaigns and initiatives
- Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure consistent and impactful delivery
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Community Management, Social Media Management experience
- Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused campaigns
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Basic design capabilities and Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
- Familiarity with paid media and social ads
- Familiarity with American/British culture
- A passion for video games
