Shoutcaster - Colour

As a Colour Shoutcaster you'll be front and centre on many of our on air events including local grassroots tournaments as well as major international events, providing deep analysis and great story telling to support the Play by Play Shoutcaster you'll be sharing the stage with.
The ideal candidate will be looking to flex their skill-set in front of the camera, showing willingness to dive in to new formats with a willingness to take reasonable risks to level up our team!
You are:
- A Creator: You have been creating content on stream platforms for at least one year and have developed what you perceive to be a strong following.
- Community Focused: You understand the value of building a robust community of followers and they expect to be treated by you and other streamers in return for giving up their time to support you.
- Development Focused: You've reached out to and worked with additional on air talent to level up your skills. Feedback if something you often seek out from peers and you're more than willing to help newer talent learn the ropes.
- A Gamer: You love and live gaming. You have your core of favourite games but you also love to pick up new titles to try them out. You understand what make a game feel great for you and can easily identify the diamonds in the rough from an early stage of development.
You will:
- Join our on air team who will broadcast from our studio in Dublin, Ireland on a regular basis.
- Be willing to travel internationally, where possible, to attend and commentate at international events.
- Create new and engaging formats to talk about games, giving viewers unexpected delights.
- Identify and support new and upcoming on air talent who you feel will be able to add value to our on air team.
