Player Services Manager (Customer Care/Experience)
Riot Games was established in 2006 by entrepreneurial gamers who believe that player-focused game development can result in great games. In 2009, Riot released its debut title League of Legends to critical and player acclaim. As the most played PC game in the world, over 100 million play every month. Players form the foundation of our community and it’s for them that we continue to evolve and improve the League of Legends experience.
We’re looking for humble but ambitious, razor-sharp professionals who can teach us a thing or two. We promise to return the favor. Like us, you take play seriously; you’re passionate about games. We embrace those who see things differently, aren’t afraid to experiment, and who have a healthy disregard for constraints.

Also, because you lead the Player Support team and you have visibility of the player pain in real-time, you will promote the local feedback to our global engineering teams get actions faster as the FLASH (nobody wants to lose a game because of a technological issue :( ).
Moreover, because your past experiences allowed you to be in touch with Tech topics, you can organize and remove obstacles to software development projects with methodology, communication, linking all resources where coding is necessary to create a solution which will help Brazilian teams amaze local players (and, who knows, worldwide ;) ).
- IT (5% of time): Riot provides high-quality equipment and connection for Rioters so they can do their job and also play (after all, we are players as well, right?). This work follows global standards and we have a third-party team that helps us keep them in Brazil. Your work here will be to manage the quality and performance of this operation, and the costs and future plans to support the Brazilian operation (our Office and Esports Studio).

You motivate others to raise issues, and root-cause analysis and resolutions in a structured and doable way.
