Service Manager

Job Overview

We are looking for the Service Manager to join our Service & Release team – Join us and boost our professional relationships and servicing for the products’ needs. Working in our team will expand your experience and you will develop your skills by providing professional client support and ensuring timely and good service delivery.

What will you do?

• Manage the processes within the department.
• Coordinate and supervise internal releases and the scope of maintenance work tasks.
• Manage the projects in the department.
• Work with product teams’ requests and manage their expectations.
• Create trustful partnership with your team members and seek for developing better customer experience for the products.
• Effectively communicate with customers/product teams and deliver timely responses to their requests.
• Share products development plans, events, and their internal activities for the support planning accordingly.
• Gather feedback from product teams and work over improving the customer/product teams support processes

What are we looking for?

• Have similar experience in service management field and bring your best practices.
• Have good practical skills in resolving complex and/or conflict situations.
• Bring and apply your best skills in facilitating the meetings.
• Have the practical skills in building processes, working with common tools, applying project management tools.
• Communicate in English at B2 level or above (fluent Russian language skills is a plus).
• Are responsible, self-organized decision maker
• Are the greatest communicator, proactive and flexible in suggesting the suitable options for satisfying customer needs

What additional skills will help you stand out?

• Understanding of Agile product development methodologies and knowledge of the basic principles of Scrum team structure.
• Account management experience.
• Similar working experience in any IT field, and you are familiar with Jira, incident management and other well-known daily tools
