Job Overview
Wargaming Vilnius office is looking for a professional, communicative, and responsible IT Service Technician to join the Service Desk team. This position requires conducting user support (including remote support), procurement, maintenance, and the provision of hardware and software.
What will you do?
- Provide technical user support
- Maintain computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and hardware
- Prepare laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
- Handle hardware and software issues
- Conduct minor repairs, maintain printers and MFDs
- Procure and inventory hardware
- Create manuals
What are we looking for?
- Knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Professional knowledge of Windows 10
- Knowledge and support of MS Office 2016 (and later) products
- Desire to work with users, willingness to help, cooperative
- Experience in domain networks
- Experience in Active Directory
- Intermediate or higher level of English
What will help you stand out?
- Experience in Jira and Confluence
- Experience in access control management systems and video surveillance
- Knowledge of Russian language
Monthly salary range from 2200 to 2700 EUR Gross.
