Service Desk System Administrator

Job Overview

A new office in Belgrade is looking for polite, helpful, communicative and responsible Service Desk System Administrator in Service Desk team, who can solve any problem. The position requires: user support (includes remote support), procurement, maintenance, provision of hardware and software.

What will you do?

• Provide technical user support
• Maintain computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and hardware
• Prepare laptops, PCs, and mobile devices
• Handle hardware and software issues
• Conduct minor repairs, maintain printers and MFDs
• Procure and inventory hardware
• Create manuals

What are we looking for?

• Professional knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals.
• Professional knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
• Knowledge and support of MS Office 2016 (and above) products.
• Desire to work with users and willingness to help, non-confrontation.
• Experience in domain networks.
• Knowledge of UNIX-like systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016 and older.
• Experience in Active Directory and GPO.
• Experience in PowerShell (scripting).

• Experience in PowerShell (scripting).
• Russian language knowledge.
• Experience in SCCM
• Experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Experience is access control management systems and video surveillance.
