Job Overview
Wargaming office in Nicosia is looking for polite, helpful, communicative and responsible Service Desk System Administrator in Service Desk team, who can solve any problem.
Cyprus IT, Interacts with all teams in Nicosia office.
Team goals: user support (includes remote support), procurement, maintenance, provision of hardware and software, problem solving for supported Global IT services provided.
Interact with latest technologies from Microsoft, Cisco, Crestron, QSC and other major tech brands. Become familiar with high tech solutions through setup and support both for on-premises and cloud products.

What will you do?
- Maintain and support medium-sized office infrastructure, including servers, network devices, data storages, wireless access points, end user workstations and laptops, peripherals (printers, scanners, phones)
- Proactively monitor health of critical infrastructure, connectivity and communications and act accordingly whenever any of the above is interrupted. Perform backup and regular maintenance whenever it is necessary
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolve and troubleshoot computer problems, install and reinstall software and operating systems, provide user training and in general deal with any IT related issues that the Company users may have.
What are we looking for?
- Networking (LAN / WAN, Routing, NAT, ACL, VPN)
- CISCO (Routers, Switches, Firewalls, APs)
- Linux System administration
- Windows 10/11 System Administration
- Experience with handling Active Directory basic tasks
- Knowledge of GPOs
- Microsoft 365 tools expertise/familiarity
- Microsoft SCCM – low to medium expertise
- Apple Mac OS
- Professional knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
- Excellent communication skills, attention to details, ability to work under pressure and respond to emergencies, friendliness. Willingness to work outside normal working hours if needed
- Proficient knowledge of English.

- Database Administration ( Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL) Low-Medium expertise
- Servers and storage (Hardware, RAID, iSCSI, SAN)
- Virtualization/Containerization Technologies Low-Medium expertise.
- Microsoft Windows Server system administration
- Scripting ( Powershell, Linux Shell scripts)
- VOIP, FreePBX
- Experience with working with Jira or other request track solutions.
