Service AdministratorSummary
This role is to ensure all administration information is current and accurate for all service contract related matters. Duties range from billing, accurate data entry, database management and the provision of vital information to the call centre team. Along with accounts enquiries and the provision of assistance to field staff and service department management.What you'll do
- Complete Monthly and ad hoc billings for both internal and external customers.
- Run daily reports to update machine databases within our record keeping system.
- Investigate billing enquiries and generate credit notes where applicable.
- Create and maintain customer contracts within our customer relationship system.
- Apply increases to invoicing and monitor all contracts to ensure correct pricing is maintained.
- Provide support to the Service department including reporting, rostering and general field enquiries.
- Provide support for the field technicians using their mobile app for field service
What we're looking for
- Strong administration experience
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft office products predominately Excel
- SalesForce experience
- Customer service expertise
- Work well in a team environment with a demonstrated ability to work with diverse teams
- High level oral, written communication skills
- High level understanding of service contracts
- Attention to detail
- Delivery focused and deadline driven
- Self-motivated and drive to completion / resolution
