The Role @ Sumo:

The Sumo Group has been growing, operating studios across the UK and worldwide. We are now looking to grow our Learning & Development team, enabling us to support our talented people to develop their skills and pursue their careers here at Sumo Group.

We have multiple studios which require coaching and training for their people, particularly those who have line management responsibilities, so having someone who can really listen to individual needs and drive forward what’s required, is really important to us.

With our new Career Pathway launching in 2022, your support is needed at Studio level to embed and maximise its value, which in turn should lead to even more effective career and talent development for the business and our people, and create higher demand for coaching and training.

The role would best suit a candidate with experience of delivering the full training cycle, facilitation and coaching skills.

We're really comfortable for this role to be based at any of our UK studios, or remote within the UK with travel to our studios.
