Senior to Principal Gameplay Designer

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing combat, stealth, and traversal mechanics for a AAA action adventure game. You will work closely with creative leads, technical designers and engineers, and use your knowledge of gameplay design to define the core experience.

Responsibilities
- Working in Blueprint or C++ in Unreal Engine 5 and related data structures.
- Running design meetings, creating pitches and writing technical briefs for gameplay mechanics.
Requirements
Bonus Points
- Experience mentoring other designers as a lead or senior member of a design team.
- Familiarity with testing strategies such as focus testing, A/B, and player data analysis.
