Senior technical program manager

The Unity Operate Solutions division is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our PMO team to join a team of experienced technical program managers.

Your team will lead several programs and drives the end-to-end product delivery. Stay on top and be curious to help the team to get to successful delivery.

What you'll be doing

• Be a strong advocate for our continuous improvement efforts within PMO, implementing scalable processes which help us improve programs quality
• Ensure the overall health and success of the programs led by your team
• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of multiple large cross-regional, cross-functional initiatives
• Identify and mitigate cross-functional dependencies, risks, and ambiguity
• Lead GTM activities with cross-functional partners

What we're looking for

• Solid understanding and experience of the software delivery process for Agile and Waterfall
• Demonstrate experience in program management within the software industry including large-scale programs.
• Tech proficiency to drive and facilitate the program
• Excel in problem-solving, conflict resolution, prioritization, and people management
• Expertise with collaboration tools (Jira, Miro, Figma, Confluence, Trello, Google Drive, Microsoft Teams, etc)

You might also have

• Expertise in one or more of the following domains, ads, gaming, payment, security, privacy, process tools, change management, release management, marketing, GTM.
