Senior Web Developer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our infrastructure technology team. As part of the core technology group. This team maintains key systems which support all our internal dev teams. These include our in house CI system, databases, crash monitoring and autotest environments.
We are currently making significant updates to our internal technology and as such this is an exciting opportunity to own and develop large scale systems. A successful applicant will bring significant C# and web based development experience to the team.
Key Responsibilities
The team is responsible for the core infrastructure systems used to support of development of the Total War franchise. To further support our development teams we are creating a new internal web application for our production and infrastructure tools. The successful applicant would take a significant role in architecting and implementing this new web application from scratch.
You would be expected to work closely with production, test and other areas of our core technology group to gather requirements and develop this platform.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
Essential
- Excellent C# programming skillset
- Experience using web based technologies such as ASP.NET, Node.JS, etc
- Strong analytical and mathematical ability
- Superb problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Confident working with multiple disciplines
Desirable
- C++ Experience
- Experience working in games
- An avid gamer, and ideally a keen player of strategy games, ideally including Total War
