Senior VIP Manager / Support

WGAMES Inc. is a leading social and casual games company with an exciting new opportunity. We are looking for a VIP manager to join our quickly growing VIP team . A VIP manager leverages data-driven insights to connect with, retain, and engage the highest value clients and to increase the share of wallet within this crucial customer segment.

You will contribute to the quality, scope, and timeliness of all your team’s deliverables. Because we operate with a startup mindset, we will be reliant on both your hands-on experience and management skills, as well as your passion and ownership over all aspects of your work. You will have the ability to work autonomously and at times with ambiguity. Our Account Managers are highly visible brand ambassadors and as such we require vibrant personalities that can navigate a broad spectrum of social and professional environments with integrity, professionalism and confidence. You will be a customer champion who operates as the nexus of operational and customer facing capability within WGames. You will use your strong stakeholder relationship skills to deliver win-win outcomes for both the customer and WGames.

What are we looking for?

  • A passion for slots and the social aspect of this community
  • Support promotional activities for super VIP customers
  • Implement business development strategies designed to acquire, retain and engage an exclusive set of high value customers that are engaged brand champions for WGames
  • Provide advanced dispute resolution and customer service in a timely manner
  • Drive strategies, relationships and activities to identify and acquire new VIP level clients
  • Develop sales plans and account management plans to maximize product awareness and grow wallet share
  • Use data science and analysis to formulate and implement programs that drive revenue and improve margin
  • Maintain professional standards and core values of the WGames business
  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • Exemplary rapport building skills, discovery and objection handling. You structure conversations with purpose.
  • Strong analytical and insight skill sets that deliver balanced commercial and customer experience outcomes.
  • A background or mature knowledge in slots or social gaming.
  • Innovative and commercially minded.
  • Experience in using CRM platforms to inform segment and customer insight and drive decision-making for senior management.
  • Experience in using data platforms to drive decision making
  • Flexible working capability. Some weekend and evening work required to meet sporting calendar requirements.
  • Grit and determination to be best practice
