Senior VFX Producer

At Guerrilla we are proud of producing console games with astonishing visuals and gameplay. To produce the high quality visual effects that help our games come to life we’re looking for a knowledgeable producer with a great sense for supportive leadership and teamwork.

What you will do

As a VFX Producer, your main tasks and responsibilities are:

• Setup and maintain project schedules for both short and long term project goals;
• Understand the quality needs of the project and translate these into requirements for (high volume) VFX production;
• Manage risks, issues and change requests and proactively solve problems before they impact the schedule or the end result;
• Partner with Game Design, AI and other Art leads/producers to keep production running smoothly and effectively;
• Communicate relevant information to different stakeholders at the appropriate time;
• Negotiate scope and quality with Game Directors in order to find the solutions that best fit the requirements of each game and feature;
• Anticipate resource needs, both short-term and long-term, with the flexibility to work with changing requirements.

Who you are

We’d love to hear from you if you:

• Have 4 or more years of experience managing VFX production teams for (open world) games, or as a Technical Producer for non-linear content in a VFX studio;
• Possess advanced working knowledge of modern, structured project management methods and tools;
• Have a background in visual effects that helps you thoroughly understand the artistic and technical side of VFX production;
• Have a proactive, can-do attitude and are comfortable in a dynamic work environment, embracing changes and accepting revisions if needed to improve the game.

NOTE: This position is based on-site in our studio in Amsterdam. Relocation will be expected, but considering current travel restrictions a remote start is discussable.
