As Lead User Acquisition Manager you will be responsible for a range of activities focusing on campaign management to ensure optimal marketing performance while mentoring one or more junior colleagues. This is a vital role that will ensure our growth ambitions are achieved. Are you up for the challenge and ready to exceed expectations?
As a person, you are highly analytical with solid business judgement and the ability to independently manage several tasks while testing creatives and their development. Most importantly, you prefer to work collaboratively and enjoy working with a diverse team of dedicated individuals.
General Responsibilities
- Campaign Management of various budgets across channels, including Adwords, Facebook and other partners
- Creative testing: this is a key task, it is basically being a bridge between Creative and Performance marketing.
- Ad Monetization focused on optimizing ad traffic
- Work closely with data science and programmers to automate processes
- Team mentorship
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
- Intermediate to advanced SQL knowledge
- Highly organized
- Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
- Experience promoting mobile products on Facebook/Google AdWords/Ad Networks
- Experience working with tracking and analytics systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic, with ability to take initiative on loosely-defined projects
Major Pluses
- A good sense of F2P game design
- Experience with the iOS and Android marketplaces
- Passion for games
