What You’ll Do:
The Sr User Acquisition Manager will report directly to the UA Director as part of the wider User Acquisition team.
You will:
- Design, create, manage and optimise UA campaigns for our mobile games
- Analyse, own and maintain the performance of our UA campaigns
- Deep-dive into the details of ongoing performance analysis, creative & targeting A/B tests, and accounts housekeeping
- Become the GSN authority in your field: Stay up to date with most recent updates and betas. Make sure GSN Games is using the best in class and cutting-edge practices
- Drive new initiatives: Connect & start business with new partners and technology providers
- Propose, pitch and manage new marketing projects
- Build the high-level strategy and fully execute our UA strategy, through to implementation, optimisation and reporting
- Work directly with the Creative team to produce high-performing acquisition assets
- Work with the Data Analytics team to improve on the reporting and optimisation efforts and scale in a smart and cost-effective way
- Work with our external partners (Facebook, mobile ad networks, agencies, etc.) to implement efficient work processes
- Engage in cross-functional work with the CRM team to consolidate efforts on retention and reactivation to achieve common goals
- Draw relevant insights to feed back to the Product teams and help improve retention and monetisation metrics
- Maintain responsibility for the success of your UA budget, measured via various KPIs such as ROAs, retention rates, and CPA
About You:
- Excellent level of written and spoken English
- 3+ years’ experience in mobile media buying as part of direct response/performance marketing team
- 1+ years’ work experience in an online/mobile gaming company
- Data-driven approach and analytical skills are a must
- You must be data savvy, be passionate about Analytics and able to read & understand the data in order to draw relevant and meaningful insights
- Deep knowledge of Excel required
- Work experience with data visualization tools - Tableau is an advantage
- Ability to visualize data and create digestible reports for management
- Passion for digital marketing & video games
