Senior User Acquisition Manager

Manage, coach, and motivate a team of media buyers to operate as an outstanding media buying operation
Brainstorm and supply applicable insights on creatives and data for various games that lead to incremental advantages in media buying or product success
Solve weekly, monthly and quarterly performance goals
Nurture advertising partner relationships in order to strengthen EA’s standing within the partner’s development road map
Desire to improve the growth marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing, hypothesis testing , etc.
Taking ownership of the entire user experience for top flight mobile games while juggling projects and campaigns across multiple titles/apps and partners

5+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV , etc )
Curiosity and experience looking for , proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners, formats , etc.
Experience working with team members at any level to reach goals
BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative field
Experience building relationships with third party media partners with an emphasis on Social networks (FB,Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat , TikTok )
Experience working in a metric-driven role focused on Return on investment
Passion/knowledge for video games
Strong knowledge of Excel , SQL and Microsoft office / google applications
Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python, HTML is a plus
Comfortable managing multi million dollar budgets
