User Acquisition Manager

GSN Games is looking for a UA Manager to join our team in Boston! This person will be responsible for managing and executing the day to day strategy for our mobile and desktop paid user acquisition campaigns. This person will report directly into the Manager of Growth Marketing.
About The Skill Studio Marketing Team:
We are responsible for driving revenue for our real-money skill game – WorldWinner which is available on all platforms (app and web). The marketing team is made up of UA, partnerships, CRM, promotions, programming, VIP and customer service teams. We work very closely with the product, design, analytics, finance and engineering teams. We are a very collaborative and analytically driven team.
What You’ll Do:
- Launch, optimize and scale paid mobile ad campaigns
- Optimize and test creative, targeting, bids, and budgets daily to drive the highest ROI
- Manage a monthly budget across multiple channels
- Manage day to day relationship with desktop partnerships
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and data analysts
About You:
- 3+ years of experience managing mobile user acquisition campaigns
- Strong experience managing mobile app campaigns on Facebook and other ad networks
- Blend of creativity and metrics-driven approach to problem solving
- Experience analyzing return on ad spend
- Experience managing large marketing budgets
- Passion for mobile games preferred
- Strong Excel required
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment
- Comfortable presenting across a wide audience including the GSN executive team
