Senior Unity Game Developer (Milan)

Responsibilities

Our new project will be launched and be needed for more Senior Developers to scale up the business. Developers will join our team to create and publish games developed in the Unity3D engine. The main responsibilities are:

• Develop high-quality new games in Unity3D
• Be able to work alone on the creation of game prototypes in a short period
• Be able to work in teams on complex mid-code games
• Mentor junior team members
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Great passionate about gaming
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experiences
• At least 3 years of experience in Game Development
• Solid knowledge of the Unity3D engine and C# development
• Good at Mathematics and Algorithms
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns
• Good English language skills.
• Be able to work well in a cross-functional team
• Be able to keep in mind both the players mindset and business impact when developing
• Participated in at least 1 casual game development and maintenance of a Production game
• Good communication skills

We Prefer Candidates Who Have:

• Having experience with ECS architecture is a plus
• Experience with MMO games is a plus
• Having experience with shader programming is a plus
