Job description
We expect you to be well-versed in research and designing complex user flow. You have to be a MMO/MOBA player yourself, and have a keen eye for the genres’ evolution with them going mobile in recent years. You will contribute to the full cycle of UX/UI work for an innovative cooperative game that is set out to be the ultimate friend-making machine. You will report to the Lead Game Designer (all designers on the team report to the same person).

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and artists on creating the best UX/UI solutions for our creative vision: from setting design goals to creating wireframes and aesthetic designs.
- Create fantastic UI Art to visually express your UX designs
- Analyze designs, give feedback and contribute from UX/UI perspective
- Research existing solutions in the market and study our player community needs and preferences to inform our designs
- Propose and effectively communicate designs to the production team through wireframes, interactive prototypes, and documentation
- Develop, conduct and analyze playtests, surveys and focus groups to inform iterations
- Identify and execute on opportunities for UX/UI workflow improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of industry experience in UX/UI design roles
- A few past releases under your belt, ideally live games that you have supported after the launch. At least one of them should be a cross-platform title
- Experience working with design systems; we use Figma, Miro, Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop. We would expect to see a relevant portfolio
- Strong UX research skills with real cases to demonstrate them
- Fluent in English

- Unity UI implementation experience.
- Veteran MOBA and MMORPG player
- Data/BI background with skills to measure player experience to inform design
