Senior UX/UI Designer 1 (Unannounced Project)

SUMMARY OF POSITION
We’re looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to help design an unannounced next-generation project. This role will work closely with the Product team to design features from the roadmap, build up and distribute documentation, and pioneer this new and exciting endeavor. An ideal candidate has worked across multiple platforms and mediums from web to app to games, and has experience leading both internal teams and vendors. He or she has multiple immersive user centered design solutions launched that fund amazing outcomes for the users. Finally, he or she is a master of their craft, tools and techniques and can bring a team together with systems design thinking.
Our headquarters is in Mountain View, CA but we can accommodate a remote work environment for a candidate from the following states: CA, OR, WA, and NV.
Currently, all Pixelberry staff are working remotely. Hybrid work model (1 day/week in-office) will be in place once we resume on-site operations, currently scheduled for January 2022. 100% remote option will be available/reviewed on a case-by-case basis only.
REQUIREMENTS
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design and Game Design
- Shipped 3+ successful products or games
- Proven mastery of Systems Design across ecosystems
- Believes and advocates in the power of enterprise collaboration
- Driven by data gained through user testing (early and often)
- Deep experience with documentation to express intent and functionality to the cross-functional team
- Prior experience with centralizing design work that is integrated across projects, platforms, and vendors
- Able to thrive in a fast early stage and at times chaotic startup environment
- Ability to communicate with everyone from developers to C-level stakeholders
- Design degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience in web apps for desktop and mobile

- Experience with Flinto for quick animations
