Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Title: Senior UI/UX Artist

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Artist to join our company. As a Senior UI/UX Artist, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into innovative design solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, prototyping, and usability testing to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
2. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
3. Conduct user research to gather insights and understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
4. Develop user personas, user flows, and information architecture to guide the design process.
5. Collaborate with the development team to ensure the feasibility and implementation of design solutions.
6. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI/UX design
8. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and problem-solving capabilities.
2. In-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
3. Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar tools.
4. Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and gathering user feedback.
5. Strong knowledge of information architecture, user flows, and interaction design.
6. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience.
7. Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design decisions.
8. Excellent visual design skills, with an eye for typography, color, and layout.
9. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills to anticipate user needs and design effective solutions.
10. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
11. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
12. Experience with responsive and mobile-first design principles is highly desirable.
13. Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG) is a plus.
