Summary

What You'll Do

• Design Strategy: Lead the user-centered design process by understanding business requirements, user needs, and technical constraints.
• Prototyping: Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas.
• User Testing: Conduct and analyze user tests to validate design solutions and gather feedback.
• Design System Development: Create and maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to ensure design vision is maintained, user stories are met, and feedback is incorporated.
• Feedback: Participate in regular design reviews and share feedback with other design team members.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends to inform intuitive UI/UX strategies.

What We're Looking For

• 4 - 6 years of experience in user interface and user experience design, gaming industry experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Sketch and Adobe Suite.
• Experience in prototyping tools like Figma and InVision.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and visual details, ensuring project and design consistency.
• Ability to accept and provide constructive feedback.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working in an agile/scrum development process is a plus.
