We are looking for a skilled User Experience Designer with a focus on designing web products to join our Live & Digital team. You will be designing for our website that gets over 4 million monthly uniques! Your primary responsibilities will be to the concept and design mockups while working across various teams within Unity. You are recognized as an industry leader with groundbreaking ideas and with the ability to drive good design throughout a large global company.

You have designed websites in your career and understand standard methodologies. You appreciate the value of good UX and take pride by bringing that into the work you do. You are familiar with working with developers so design hand off is a breeze. You notice the small details that impact the big picture. You intuitively know what needs to be examined to improve functionality, and enjoy being a bridge of communication. Product requirement docs and design specs bring you happiness. What you’ll be doing

• Designing a consistent experience for our online ecosystem which includes both desktop and mobile environments
• Construct user experiences with an emphasis on clarity as well as strong understandings of use-cases and user flows
• Align every customer touchpoint with your vision for user experience
• Communicate optimally in a cross-functional product development team and present ideas and designs efficiently
• Design user interfaces and user experiences, starting from wireframes to prototypes to completing a final product
• Working with the development team to bring your designs to life.

What we’re looking for

• Knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative suite, Sketch and InVision
• Self-motivated to prioritize and handle workload and meet critical project stages and due dates
• Experience designing outstanding web-based products, including translating work into responsive designs
• Can take feedback and turn them into relevant items
• Strong communication and social skills.

You might also have

• Participation in community driven projects
• Experience with CSS and HTML
• Experience working with remote and global teams
• Using data and user research to back up your work
• Google Analytics data understanding and/or user behavior testing
• E-Commerce experience
• Knowledge of working and building in Unity
