Senior UA / Admon Manager

As Senior UA / Admon Manager, Games you will be responsible for user acquisition for multiple games, establishing our multi-channel strategy while optimizing for performance. You will also be responsible for optimizing the ad waterfalls for these games in order to drive solid acquisition. Reporting to our Head of UA/Monetization, you’ll work closely with our Creative, Data, Growth, and Product teams to own and scale this central part of our ambitious growth strategy.

You will...

• +4 years experience of in-house or marketing agency experience with a proven track record of scaling paid media channels for a mobile gaming app
• Experience in ad operations on Applovin MAX or Ironsource, setting up and optimizing waterfalls for different tiers and geos, AB testing, and setting up capping and pacing
• Highly analytical – comfortable analyzing and interpreting complex sets of information and communicating recommendations in a clear, effective way.
• SQL and Python / R knowledge a huge plus
• Understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies and applicable KPI's

Requirements
