Senior Technical Sourcer

Rec Room is an online universe where you can create and play games with friends! We are growing and looking for a results-driven Sourcing Recruiter to help us do so! As a small growing recruiting team, we all work together to drive hiring and ensure Rec Room continues to grow as a safe and welcoming place for people from all walks of life. We are looking for someone who loves working with the hiring manager and individual contributors to generate referrals, networking leads, enjoy passive sourcing, and consistently keeps diversity sourcing strategies in mind.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Own sourcing strategies for aligned businesses
• Build and utilize diversity sourcing strategies to forward Rec Room’s diversity goals
• Build and maintain a passive candidate pipeline
• Provide a high level of candidate and client customer service
• Utilize hiring data to improve Rec Room's sourcing and hiring funnels

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5+ years of technical sourcing, research, or candidate generation recruiting experience
• 3+ years of experience recruiting senior technical talent (i.e., Software Development Engineers, Technical Program Managers, and Quality Assurance)
• Experience with creating targeted sourcing initiatives, candidate pipelines, and a proven track record of hiring success
• Experience building and driving diversity sourcing strategies
• Experience building strong, productive relationships with hiring managers and leaders at all levels of an organization
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Greenhouse
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
• Excellent verbal & written communication
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous & rapidly changing environment
• General knowledge of various employment laws, practices, and visas

• Experience with market mapping and using data to influence business decisions
• Experience in video games a passion for video games
• Experience working at either a high growth startup or large technical company
• Experience with Greenhouse, Slack & G-Suite
