What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join to the Product & Technology team. Your responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will also be required to:

Product & Culture: Understand our product and company deeply. As a start-up company, we highly require everyone into the company that believe our product and able to adapt our culture. You will be finding the candidate who has both such personality and strong skill technical skill set.
Full cycle recruitment: Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role. And drive offer process which including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
Talent relationship: Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through various methods, including, but not limited to, networking within the community, contacting and/or visiting universities, attending local job fairs and fostering continued contact with quality candidates who may qualify for future positions.
